WESSELITE LIMITED operates an online store specializing in sleep accessories and comfort products, including items designed to improve sleep quality and relaxation.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to our fulfillment model, approved returns may need to be sent to a designated warehouse provided by our support team, and not necessarily to our registered office address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Used items or products not in their original condition
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
